Running Blog...

Okay girls...I am no blog expert, but here's a blog for all of us to check in on. I will be inviting all of you to be author's so feel free to post whatever you like. As long as it is appropriate...ahem...you know who you are. I added a list to the side bar since people were asking about song suggestions. Please add your tunes. I'm excited to see all of you and hopefully shed this Winter coat by getting into shape. Enjoy your Mesa weather because I ran in freakin freezing rain this morning. It's time to find a treadmill. Happy running!
